I really am enjoying my weight watchers meeting - but I know that's an expensive way to go, so start with and to get some good guidelines. and other sites will help you find the calories for what you like/eat. Go through all the things you like to eat (whether it's home cooked or fast food/restaurant bought) and list all the calories. What is the best weight loss advice you can give someone? Once you're doing that, you can see whether you are getting enough calories, protein, fat, and fiber in your diet. ![]() is a free site/app where you can do that. Search for a TDEE calculator and Google how to use it to figure out how much of a calorie deficit to eat. If "no idea" in this case means you haven't done those things, start there. I lost a lot of weight using the site without starving and am still using it now. You can steadily lose weight and still eat! Be sensible about how much weight you want to lose each week. I mention so many times about using but thats because it has a very knowledgable community, easy to use, has a massive database.
